What is VSDX file format?
The VSDX file format is a Microsoft Visio file format used to store digital drawings created with Microsoft Visio. This file format was introduced in Visio 2013, replacing the legacy VSD format. VSDX files are based on the Office Open XML (OOXML) standard for data interchange and can be explored using a ZIP file utility, as the contents of a VSDX file are stored in XML-based files stored in a ZIP container. They can be read and edited with Microsoft Visio as well as with other 3rd party applications such as Microsoft Visio Viewer and Draw.io.
