Document Signature tool allows to electronically sign, and add text, images to digital documents. Upload your files from computer or cloud storage, and then create and save their signature for future use. The tool also provides a verification feature to ensure the authenticity of the signature. Additionally, Smallpdf’s Sign PDF tool supports multiple signers and offers an option to send the signed document directly to the recipient via email.
To electronically sign a document, first upload it to the app or load it from Dropbox, Google Drive or URL. Then, choose the signature type as Text or Image. Next, click “SIGN” to add signature to the document. Once done, download the signed document or share it via LinkedIn, Facebook or Twitter.
There are no limits on the number of documents you can process using our service. However, please note that you can only sign up to 10 files at a time in a single batch. Additionally, the file size limit for uploading is 10MB.
To ensure the privacy and security of our users, all files uploaded to our service are stored on our servers for a maximum of 24 hours. Once this time period has elapsed, the files are automatically deleted from our system.
